Im a 15 year old male who is on a diet. I lost some weight last summer and now I’m trying to just lose the rest of the baby fat. I do a moderate-intense workout every other day and on my days off, (recovery day) I drink Muscle Milk Light. Someone please tell me if this is helping or hurting my weight loss program. Keep in mind that I would like to add muscle as well, but I’m mostly focusing on losing weight.

I drink muscle milk light right after my workout at the gym. It seems to be working for me, since i lost about 10-15 lbs of fat and gained more muscle.

Without knowing what’s in it couldn’t answer. But if it has calcium and protein and under 15 carbohydrates per serving it would do the trick.
if you want to speed up weightloss, on your recovery day walk up and down hills, if you have them close by, for at least 35 minutes. It burns fat and works your quads which will inturn help you burn fat faster.
The key for men loosing weight is building muscle so you are going i n the right direction.
