ok so i know atkins the etc…but i need a plan that will tell me what to eat & i can pick for the list…i am a VERY picky eater so I need a somebody to tell me the food to help me loose the baby weight fast…can anybody help PLZ!!

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

i lost 60 lbs. by going vegan…try it. its gives u a totally different perspective in life. =]
u begin to feel better and more active b4 you know it youll be exercising and u wouldnt know why…all the energy you recieve is revitalizing. there are literally thousands of options for picky eaters such as yourself…however be open to try new things, just a bite…if u dont like put it down or spit it out lol BUT at least try it… good luck =]

The best science-based ways I’ve seen all boil down to eating much more food that comes from plants, and avoiding refined or processed foods (including breads, pasta, other processed grains, plus sugar). You have to cut back on how much meat or eggs you eat. You also basically have to avoid dairy products – anything made from milk. If you follow this you will be taking in a lot less calories, but getting actually more nutrition. Make sure to get vitamin B12, omega-3 fatty acids, and maybe vitamin D3. Those 3 are hard to get from plants. You may have to take supplements for them.
Together with that, increase your activity – aerobic and resistance exercise for at least 45 minutes per day.
